Ian Tasso has nearly a decade of experience in sports sales, ranging across multiple levels and markets.

Over the last six years, he has specialized in selling premium tickets for the MLB and NFL, and currently serves as the Sr. Premium Sales Manager for the Super Bowl.

After graduating from Emerson College in Boston, Ian began his sports career in the ECHL with the Las Vegas Wranglers. After a few years as the team’s leading ticket executive and broadcaster, he then moved on to sell sponsorships and premium sales for the Florida Everblades, where he generated over 70% of the team’s new ticket revenue.

He then made the transition to the MLB, where he spearheaded premium sales for VWSE and the Atlanta Braves’ new stadium project, SunTrust Park.

After leading the project with over $10M in new contractual revenue, Ian accepted a role with the NFL’s hospitality team, “NFL On Location.” He now helps oversee premium sales for the world’s top sports events, including the NFL’s Super Bowl, Pro Bowl and Draft, as well as the Masters, NCAA Final Four and Ryder Cup.

In three years with the company, Ian has paced the sales team with over $17M in cumulative revenue, and a heavy focus on business-to-business partnerships.

He currently lives in St Pete Beach, Florida, where he spends his free time traveling, watching soccer, and connecting with peers and teams in the sports industry.

Understanding how important it is to continue learning and perfecting your craft, Ian always makes time for sales training and public speaking opportunities with professional teams, and aspiring sales reps across the industry.
